You’ll arrive at Venice airport to a warm welcome! Our agent will greet you and deliver all the necessary documentation and help you with any formalities. A transfer service will bring you to your first destination: Treviso!

You’ll have free time to discover Treviso at your own pace, a medieval town just 30 minutes by car from Venice, where the famous Tiramusu’ dessert was invented! If you would like to attend a masquerade ball we can accompany you to choose your Carnival costume!

In the evening we’ll reserve for you a table at Le Beccherie restaurant, a very nice restaurant in the centre of Treviso. Overnight stay in Treviso at 3* Hotel Il Focolare.

Day 2

Begin your day with a mask on your face and experience Venice carnival! The Carnival of Venice (Italian: Carnevale di Venezia) is an annual festival, held in Venice, and world-famed for its elaborate masks. Wonder around the little small streets of Venice and have fun getting lost in the beautiful corners of this unique city!

In the afternoon enjoy a guided tour of Venice to explore all the most important sights. Discover the mosaics of Basilica di San Marco and the Palazzo Ducale; pause for a perfect photo opportunity in front of the Ponte di Rialto; and if you like experience a romantic gondola tour through the canals of this beautiful and unique city.

In the evening you could have the unique experience of a masquerade ball in Venice! We can provide you with a superb costume typical of the Venetian Carnival tradition* and you will have dinner in a historical palace, a unique location, and dance all night long!

*Costumes will cost approximately £300.00 per person to hire.

You will stay the night in your hotel in Treviso.

Day 3

In the morning you’ll enjoy a guided tour, visiting the islands of the Venetian lagoon, including Murano and Burano. Murano is world famous for its centuries old art of glass making, which is passed on from generation to generation. You’ll visit a vetreria to witness the expertise of a true maestro who’ll transform sand into a beautiful piece of glass art in few minutes. Next, you’ll wander around the starkly painted houses of Burano island, which were originally decorated by the fishermen who lived there, so their homes would be easily recognised after returning from long voyages at sea. In the afternoon you’ll have some free time and you can to head to Torcello to explore its ancient church or to lose yourself in the narrow “calli” of Venice.

Dinner in Treviso at Toni del Spin restaurant, where the famous tiramisu’ dessert is said to have been invented. Overnight stay in Treviso.

Day 4

In the morning leave Venice to discover the prosecco hills! Start the day with wine tasting in a famous winery, sampling some of the top quality Prosecco wine from around the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene region, where the superior DOCG Prosecco is produced. Have an aperitive in Osteria Senza Oste, the only osteria without the host and enjoy the superb view!

You will have lunch at Antica Osteria di Via Brandolini, where you will be delighted with typical food products such as “spiedo”, typical meat cooked on the fire place!

After lunch discover the beautful paintings of Villa Maser, and stop for an aperitif in beautiful Asolo, known as "the pearl of the Province of Treviso" and also as "the city of a hundred horizons", for its mountain setting.

Stay the night in Treviso.
